Doing Business As (DBA)

Navigation:  Home > Corporate Law> Doing Business As

Companies must file DBAs (Doing Business As) with their state indicated their doing business under a particular business name. This serves to protect the identity of the company within the state. To apply for a DBA, you must contact your county clerk's office, and there is generally a fee associated with it.
